Consultations

All consultations are thorough, interactive and relaxed, with particular attention paid to preventative measures. We pride ourselves on accurate diagnosis and appropriate therapy. Every new puppy and kitten that comes through the door will receive a free clinical examination. Meanwhile, his or her master will be given a free 30-minute consultation on how to care for the new addition to the family, including advice on developing the social skill to enable their pet to interact with others. Our 'puppy parties' are particularly popular. These weekly, for four weeks, hour long socialisation sessions cover everything from preventing illness to toilet training and are a must for all 'new parents'.

Best Behaviour

Understanding withdrawn or disruptive behaviour and encouraging affectionate and active interaction is one of the most important aspects of caring for a pet. Our staff can advice you on all aspects of your pet's individual personality, be it puppy/ kitten training or explaining a spell of worrying behaviour.
